Guests are now being seated for dinner. Remember that the awards ceremony begins at 8.30pm and you can watch every moment live and direct from The Brewery in London right here on the Football League website.
Hello to everyone following our awards coverage at home. We'd love to know where you are watching and who you will be cheering for during tonight's ceremony, which gets under way in little more than 30 minutes.
The first award of the night is the Tokio Marine Unsung Hero, which recognises loyal and dedicated service behind the scenes at clubs in the Football League. Judges were looking for a member of club staff who has made a significant contribution to the running of their club.
Three individuals have been shortlisted for this award. Barnsley assistant kitman Norman Rimmington, Brighton and Hove Albion club lottery volunteer Fred Woolven, and Southend United community trust volunteer Frank Banks. Two of these club stalwarts will be highly commended, with one winning the Tokio Marine Unsung Hero award.
And the overall winner is… Frank Banks of Southend United.
Frank started at Southend United in 1958 as a 13-year-old and still remains an integral part of United's community operations to this day. He signed as a player for the Shrimpers when he was 17 and has fulfilled the roles of youth team coach, first-team coach, assistant manager and manager at Southend, before becoming the club’s first Football in the Community Officer.
